      Managing Director; Leader, Emerging Markets Practice; and Chief Economist at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP

      Harry G. Broadman is the Leader of PwC's Emerging Markets Practice; Co-Leader of PwC's Anti-Corruption and Corporate Intelligence Practice; and PwC's Chief Economist.  Prior to coming to PwC, Broadman was Managing Director of The Albright Group and Chief Economist of Albright Capital Management.  Earlier he was a senior official at the World Bank; Assistant United States Trade Representative; Chief of Staff on the President’s Council of Economic Advisers; Chief Economist of the US Senate Committee on Governmental Affairs; Consultant at the Rand Corporation; a Fellow at the Brookings Institution; and on the faculties of Harvard and Johns Hopkins Universities. He is a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

      Hurley Doddy is a Managing Director, Founding Partner and Co-CEO of Emerging Capital Partners (ECP). With seven funds and over $2 billion under management, ECP is a leading private equity manager focused exclusively on Africa. Headquartered in Washington DC, ECP has seven offices across Africa and over a decade of investing experience in companies operating in over 40 countries on the continent. Hurley is responsible for providing overall leadership and strategy for the firm, including management of the investment staff. With 30 years of private equity and finance experience, he provides a breadth of finance and transaction experience to the firm and is active with all phases of the investment process. He is based in Washington, D.C.

      Sean Klimczak is a Senior Managing Director in the Private Equity Group at Blackstone. Since joining Blackstone in 2005, Sean has been involved in the execution of several Blackstone investments, including various Sithe Global investments (including Goreway, Bujagali, GNP Mariveles and SKS), Cheniere Energy Partners, Fisterra, PQ Energy, Meerwind, Transmission Developers, American Petroleum Tankers and The Weather Channel. Sean is based in New York.

      David M. Marchick serves as Managing Director and Global Head of External Affairs and serves as a Member of Management and Operating Committees at The Carlyle Group. David leads the firm’s group that provides government affairs, public affairs, regulatory, research and strategic advice and support to Carlyle's buyout, growth, real estate, credit and debt funds on a global basis. He is the co-author of the book "U.S. National Security and Foreign Direct Investment" (Institute for International Economics, May 2006) and has authored numerous articles in major business and trade publications such as the Financial Times, Wall Street Journal and Far Eastern Economic Review. He is based in Washington, D.C.

      Dr. Olofinboba is a partner at Fairview Capital Partners, a US-based private equity fund-of-funds with $3.4 billion in aggregate limited partner commitments.  He is engaged in the strategic, investment, business development, and administrative functions of the firm and serves on the advisory boards of a selection of venture capital and private equity funds with investments from Fairview.  Prior to Fairview, Kola was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company’s Boston Office, serving U.S. and global clients in private equity, healthcare delivery and services, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals.  He is a board-certified physician and has practiced medicine in various academic and clinical settings in the US, Africa and the Caribbean.
