$17.50 for one or both discussion groups The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI), through California State University San Marcos (CSUSM), is holding two, four-week discussion groups for adults age 50+ about foreign policy. Titled Great Decisions in Foreign Policy (Part I and Part II), this exciting, peer-led discussion series is based on the Great Decisions Discussion Program, the oldest and largest grass-roots world affairs education program of its kind in the country. Great Decisions brings millions of Americans together in study groups to discuss, debate, and learn about issues shaping U.S. foreign policy and the world. Featured topics will include: special envoys, Kenya and R2P, global crime, U.S.-China security relations, global financial crisis, Russia and its neighbors, Persian Gulf, peace building and conflict resolution, human trafficking, Moscow's Long Reach, statecraft, and the new energy economy.
