      Justice of the Constitutional Court of South Africa

      RICHARD GOLDSTONE serves as a Justice of the Constitutional Court of South Africa. He was Chief Prosecutor of the United Nations Criminal Tribunals for the former Yugoslavia and Rwanda, and chaired the International Independent Inquiry on Kosovo. His most recent book is For Humanity: Reflections of a War Crimes Investigator (2000).

      President of the Open Society Institute and Soros Foundations Network

      ARYEH NEIER is President of the Open Society Institute and Soros Foundations Network. Mr. Neier founded Human Rights Watch and served as its Executive Director for 12 years. Previously, he was National Director of the American Civil Liberties Union. His most recent book is Taking Liberties: Four Decades in the Struggle for Rights (2003).
