This program, presented by the Foreign Policy Association, the National Committee on United States-China Relations, and New York University features a nationwide live webcast with Norman J. Ornstein, Resident Scholar, American Enterprise Institute, speaking on how U.S.-China relations will impact the 2008 Presidential and Congressional Campaigns.

Ornstein's remarks are followed by remarks and Q & A with Professor Barry Naughton, Professor of Chinese Economy and the Sokwanlok Chair of Chinese International Affairs at the University of California-San Diego. Professor Naughton is also the author of "US-China Trade" in this year's edition of Great Decisions 2008.
