Please join the Foreign Policy Association for our first event of 2026! We are hosting the inaugural Donna Dillon Manning Distinguished Lecture on Hemispheric Issues: “Venezuela: Taking Stock and Looking Ahead”. We will be joined by Dr. Maria Victoria Murillo, Professor of Political Science and International and Public Affairs, Columbia University; The Hon. Diego Arria, former Permanent Representative of Venezuela in the United Nations; and Frank Holder, Chief Executive Officer of Holder Partners. The lecture will be moderated by Ezequiel Camerini, FPA Director and Partner at Fox Horan & Camerini.  Our panelists will discuss the current situation in Venezuela and what the future may look like for the country.

This event will take place on Thursday, February 12th, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. We will have registration open at 5:30 pm with the lecture starting at 6:00 pm. The lecture will be followed by a reception until 8:00 pm.

The event will take place at the SUNY Global Center, in the Global Classroom, located at 116 East 55th Street, New York, New York, 10022.
