OTR is a midday lecture series offering current insights and analyses of critical foreign affairs issues. A continuing roster of distinguished experts — diplomats, renowned academics, outstanding journalists, and senior policy officials — use this unique forum to present their candid views. Because of the off-the-record aspect of these programs, the lectures often generate provocative discussions during the question and answer period.

Membership and Registration Information
Regular Membership: $150 for 11 meetings
Patron Membership: $225 for 11 meetings plus a special patron event and one lunch with a speaker
Junior Membership: $100 for 11 meetings (under age 35)
