The Inaugural Reed Phillips III Distinguished Lecture on Foreign Policy and the Media with Jonathan Alter

Please join the Foreign Policy Association for the inaugural Reed Phillips III Distinguished Lecture on Foreign Policy and the Media on Tuesday, October 7th, 2025 at the SUNY Global Center located at 116 E 55th Street. We will be joined by Jonathan Alter, NBC News Political Analyst and author of His Very Best: Jimmy Carter, a Life (2020) and American Reckoning: Inside Trump’s Trial—and My Own (2024). Mr. Alter will engage in conversation with Reed Phillips, Managing Partner at Oaklins DeSilva+Phillips.

The lecture will start at 6:00 pm and will be followed by a reception.
