The Crisis in Ukraine: Taking Stock and Looking Ahead

Please join the Foreign Policy Association on Thursday, March 3rd for a high-level panel to discuss the crisis in Ukraine. We are pleased to be joined by Ambassador Roman Popadiuk, first United States envoy to Ukraine; General Wesley K. Clark, former Supreme Allied Commander Europe; and Dr. Richard Andres, Professor of National Security Strategy, U.S Army War College. The panel will focus on the threat of cyberattacks against U.S. and global financial institutions, the impact this will have on Ukraine’s status as a European Union member, what was Putin’s game plan, and possible next steps.
