Please join the Foreign Policy Association and the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in New York for a high-level policy forum titled Strengthening the ROK-U.S. Alliance Through Future-Oriented Security and Business Cooperation.
The event will take place on Thursday, November 13, 2025, from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm at PricewaterhouseCoopers, 300 Madison Avenue, New York. The panel discussion will begin promptly at 6:00 pm and will be followed by a reception at 7:00 pm.
The forum will highlight the evolving political, economic, and business cooperation between the Republic of Korea and the United States while addressing key regional security challenges and opportunities. Panelists will examine strategic alignment on North Korea, the alliance’s relationship with neighboring countries such as China, Japan, and Russia, and the partnership’s role in advancing peace, prosperity, and innovation in the Indo-Pacific. The discussion will also explore the economic dimensions of the alliance, including trade relations, tariff harmonization, and the resilience of global supply chains under shifting global conditions.
