FPA’s Dame Giosetta Capriati Distinguished Lecture on Women’s Empowerment

Please join the Foreign Policy Association on Thursday, April 23rd, 2026 for our annual Dame Giosetta Capriati Distinguished Lecture on Women’s Empowerment. We will be joined by Ms. Yue-Sai Kan to speak about her book The Most Famous Woman in China: and How She Did It. Copies of The Most Famous Woman in China will be available for purchase at the event. Ms. Kan will engage in a fireside chat with Dame Giosetta Capriati.

The lecture will be held at the Metropolitan Club of New York (1 East 60th Street) beginning at 6:00 PM. The lecture will be followed by a book signing and reception.
