The Foreign Policy Association is honored to present a conversation with Major General John Kem the 51st Commandant of the U.S. Army War College and Sarwar Kashmeri, Fellow, FPA. The U.S. Army War College is the Army’s prep-school for selecting its future leaders and one of the country’s most important military institutions.
Their topics will include — Educating leaders and guiding their transition from tactical to strategic focus; and preparing leaders for decision-making and organizational change in a ‘messy world’ characterized by the changing nature and character of war, policy, society and the geopolitical environments.
