Please join the Off The Record and Foreign Policy Association for Elisabeth French Hitchcock Lecture on Identity and the Rise of Global Populism. The lecture will be delivered by Dr. Francis Fukuyama, Mosbacher Director of the Center on Democracy, Development and the Rule, Stanford University. The event will be hosted at The New York City Bar Association. Registration will start at 12:00 Noon.
