Elizabeth French Hitchcock Lecture: Assessing the Geopolitical Challenges Facing the U.S. with General David Petraeus and Max Boot

Off The Record and the Foreign Policy Association jointly present the 2018 Elizabeth French Hitchcock Lecture.  General David H. Petraeus (U.S. Army, Ret.), Chairman, KKR Global Institute, and Max Boot, Jeane J. Kirkpatrick Senior Fellow for National Security Studies, Council on Foreign Relations, will take stock of the geopolitical challenges facing the United States.

The lecture will begin promptly at 1:00 p.m. at the New York City Bar Association (42 West 44th Street, New York, NY).  Registration will begin at 12 noon.

** Doors will be closed at 1:00 p.m., but the lecture will be broadcast in the reception area.
